- Advise political leaders on effective governance and engage with ministers across several states.

- Designed the brand architecture of leading government figures and the branding of high-stakes government initiatives.
- Worked closely with state political leadership and the Government of Andhra Pradesh on strategy, public outreach and crisis management.
- Conceived and delivered marquee events, including the CII Summit, Yoga Day 2025 and the Quantum Conclave, and multiple scheme launches.
- Defined a three-year roadmap to help half a million households move from poor to middle class through government schemes.
- Built delivery systems across departments: QR-based liquor traceability for Excise, a compliance tracker for the Tax department, and coordination for Cyclone Montha response.
- Created a state-wide youth clubs network, a low-cost engagement funnel for a major political party.

- Led the company’s rebrand: positioning, differentiation and identity, and a website revamp that multiplied inbound demo requests.
- Led a team of ten across go-to-market, lead generation, conferences and presales for early-stage technology products.
- Advised clients in North America and helped close digital transformation deals.

United Colors of Benetton · Calvin Klein · Blackberrys
- United Colors of Benetton: owned the Menswear category across B2B and B2C, including pricing, margin and launches; grew the brand’s online business and earned an ‘Exceeds Expectations’ rating for launching its website during COVID.
- Calvin Klein: led the semi-formal and casual shirt business, expanded store presence and introduced India-specific styles and local production; commended by the CEO for stakeholder management during COVID.
- Blackberrys: led the casual shirts and khakis segment, created the ‘India Khaki Week’ campaign and was named Employee of the Season in 2018.
